Terms of Service
These terms apply when you purchase a package, add-on, or any other service from Elevate Food Media. By completing checkout you agree to them.

Services offered
Elevate Food Media provides restaurant marketing services including food videography and photography, social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, website design and maintenance, paid advertising management, and AI marketing and automation. The specific deliverables included in your engagement are those listed in the package and add-ons you purchase at checkout.
Monthly subscriptions
Packages are sold as month-to-month subscriptions with no long-term contract. Each billing month includes the deliverables listed for that package. Deliverables are scheduled within the billing month and do not roll over into the following month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Billing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your first charge is taken at checkout and establishes your billing date. One-time add-ons are charged in full at the time of purchase.
Automatic renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date using the payment method on file, and continue until cancelled. An invoice and receipt are emailed to you after every successful charge and are also available in your client portal. If a renewal payment fails we will email you a secure link to update your payment method and will mark the subscription as payment failed until it is resolved; services may be paused while a payment remains unresolved.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your client account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access and deliverables through the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Client responsibilities
To deliver on time we need reasonable cooperation from you: access to your venue for scheduled shoots, timely approval of content, access or credentials for the accounts we manage on your behalf, and accurate business information. Missed or cancelled shoot windows that are not rescheduled within the billing month may reduce that month's deliverables. You confirm that you have the right to any menu, branding, logo or likeness materials you provide to us.
Intellectual property
On full payment for the billing period in which it was produced, you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the photos, videos and written content we create for your restaurant across your own marketing channels. Elevate Food Media retains ownership of raw footage, project files, templates, systems and processes, and reserves the right to display finished work in our portfolio and social channels unless you ask us in writing not to. Websites, automations and accounts built for you remain yours; third-party software licences and subscriptions used to run them remain subject to their own vendors' terms.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with professional care but we cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes such as follower counts, reach, ranking positions, reservations or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Food Media's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought before the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
